1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Learnoma Learning Platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

Course content may be subject to additional copyright protections and usage restrictions as specified by the content creators or providers.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform. By providing content to the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you provide and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some courses or features on our platform may require payment. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees and applicable taxes. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or as required by law.

For subscription services, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the platform will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the platform will meet your expectations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Learnoma and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or delete your account through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the platform.
